Eva Mendes goes topless for the new issue of Italian Vogue, donning an over-the-top beehive hairdo and some very racy looks, In Touch reports.

The We Own the Night star wears a dominatrix-like outfit, including a see-through top left open to reveal her bare. Another photo from the cover story of Vogue Italia shows the starlet sucking on her own toe.

Earlier this year, the 34-year-old actress entered Utah's Cirque Lodge — the same facility where Lindsay Lohan sought treatment — for what her rep called "professional support" for some "personal issues," FOX NEWS reports
