The Practice star Dylan McDermott — who separated last September from his wife of 11 years, actress Shiva Rose — has made their split official by filing for divorce in Los Angeles, citing irreconcilable differences. "It's a real shame because they had a wonderful relationship for a long time," a friend told Star.
