David Beckham makes a guest appearance for ‘Sesame Street’.

The Los Angeles Galaxy soccer star teamed up with one of the hit US TV
show’s most famous puppets, Elmo, to introduce a new word to the program’s
young viewers.
The father-of-three – who is married to Spice Girl Victoria – chose the word
‘persistence’ and went on to explain why it was so important to him.
A source said: “David has always been a huge fan of the show. When he was a
kid he watched it and was more than happy to go on.
“He loves dealing with kids and thought it would be a great way to get
through to them. He has developed a great understanding of children because
of his own boys and coaching at the Beckham soccer schools.”
