The madam, Nici, who manages a high class stable of L.A.'s hottest hookers, told Rolling Stone she was still booking multiple gal-pal sessions for Sheen until last year.

Sheen, who had been in court ordered rehab, was actually allowed by orderlies to go to a friend's doctor's office where he continued his ways at $25,000 a pop per beauty.
