BRITNEY SPEARS: I GOT MY BODY BACK!

The star, who has recently swapped fast-food runs for daily workouts, hit her regular Bally Total Fitness facility in Studio City, Calif., for an hour-long Spinning class — during which she sweated it out while chewing gum and jokingly pleading with her personal trainer to “ease up.”

After the session, Britney talked to Life & Style. “I’m always happy when I’m done,” she said, before offering some one-on-one insight into her favorite cardio workout — hitting the dance floor.

“To me, dancing doesn’t even feel like exercise,” Britney, 26, continued. “I love it.” In fact, she can often be spotted busting a move with her backup dancers in the club’s aerobics room, says a Bally insider.
