Billie Piper is returning for a 2nd installment of ITV series The Secret Diaries Of A Call Girl, in which she plays prostitute Belle de Jour, later this year.

But she's requested a body double for the sex scenes so she can conceal her growing stomach, NOW reports.

‘This was a mutual decision,’ a TV insider tells the Daily Mirror.

‘The double won’t be used all the time, only when they have to, for example for any nude scenes.

'It’s whatever she finds appropriate being pregnant. This has to be taken into account.’
