Angie Everhart was formally charged with DUI, the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office , PEOPLE reports. Angie Everhart formally charged with DUI Everhart, 38, was arrested in Los Angeles on April 24, after she rolled past a limit line at a stop sign. She was taken into custody at 2 a.m. and posted bail for $15,000 eight hours later.
