Vanessa Williams is the "world's coolest mom" thanks to Miley Cyrus, PEOPLE reports

The Ugly Betty star is going to play Hannah Montana's publicist in a version of the Disney Channel show.

"My 7-year-old, [Sasha Gabrielle], is into [Miley's] music," Williams told PEOPLE.

"[She] thought it was the coolest thing in the world," said the 45-year-old actress, "and that I'm an awesome mom!"
