Sir Paul McCartney is to perform a special Independence Concert in the
Ukraine.

Sir Paul McCartney to perform in the Ukraine

The Beatles legend is set to wow thousands of fans at a free show in
Independence Square in the country's capital Kiev on June 14, for charity
the Victor Pinchuk Foundation.
McCartney said: "I’m very excited because on June 14 I’ve been invited to
play a concert in Independence Square. Me and the band are going to be there
and we’re going to have a great evening and we hope to see you there. So
come along, it’s going to be great evening for the Ukraine. Pull together,
groove, rock and roll – all together."
The concert will be broadcast live on screens in cities across the country.
