The actress was spotted at the UK premiere of her latest film ‘Leatherheads’
in London having her nostrils attended to by an employee armed with a red handkerchief.

An onlooker said: “I couldn’t believe it when I saw a woman carrying a red
handkerchief dabbing at Renee’s nose as she waited to go into the film. Why
couldn’t she do it herself?”
Following the premiere, Renee headed to top restaurant Nobu with her
‘Leatherheads’ co-star George Clooney.
The party then moved on to a venue in Berkeley Square.
