A ‘Quantum of Solace’ stuntman has been left with serious head injuries in
the third car crash on the set.

Driver Aris Comninos, 40, was filming on a windy lakeside road near Italy’s
Lake Garda when another stunt car, being steered via remote control, hit a
rock and slammed into him.
Comninos’ vehicle was pushed through a roadside wall and was left teetering
precariously on the edge of a cliff.
A spokesman has confirmed Comninos underwent surgery in a hospital in the
nearby town of Verona and at the time of writing was still in a critical
condition.
