Sources say the photographer was caught on tape screaming in pain as Madden accidentally drove over his foot while attempting to get away from the paparazzi crowd at Foxtail , Transworld reports.

Footage of Madden getting out of his car and walking over to the hurt photographer has been posted on TMZ.com. Madden suddenly gets back in the car and drives off.

The paparazzo has reportedly filed a hit and run complaint against Madden and Hilton.
