The photo that is circulating shows the singer looking at the camera and she appears to have nothing on at all. On the bottom of the photo a logo says "ET Monday" and the cover is supposedly from Vanity Fair.

The ET Online and Vanity Fair websites have no mention of the photo shoot or the cover shot.
