Leona Lewis' hit record 'Bleeding Love' is at the center of a bidding war to
be used in a Hollywood blockbuster.
The British singer is reportedly being inundated with huge "seven figure"
offers from film companies eager to use the global hit. Movie bosses are
also showing interest in two of her other songs.
A source said: "A number of huge offers are on the table for Leona's songs.
The bids for 'Bleeding Love' are staggering. They are into seven figures.
"The offers are for major blockbusters - some just around the corner."
It is believed Leona could emulate the success of Whitney Houston, who she
has been widely compared to, whose hit 'I Will Always Love You' became a
global phenomenon when it appeared on 'The Bodyguard' soundtrack in 1992.
The source added: "This could turn 'Bleeding Love' into the biggest song of
the decade - like 'I Will Always Love You'."
