Kirsten Dunst, 25, is getting a fresh start in NYC, where she’s renovating a new $3 million penthouse apartment, says an insider.
The three-bedroom, two-bath loft on Canal Street has 12-foot ceilings and Hudson River views, Life & Style reports. “The place will be stunning,” says a second insider. “There’s so much room to roam.”
And the Spider-Man star plans to stick close to her new home. “For now, she’s trying to stay away from LA, where she hit rock bottom,” says a third insider. “Before rehab, she was really hitting all the bars.” Kirsten, says the third insider, checked out of Utah’s Cirque Lodge in March after a six-week stay and is establishing a more sober life. “Getting treatment,” says the third insider, “has given her a new lease on life.”
