Kate Hudson is funny, Jason Biggs claims. "I had a lot of scenes with her, and she was really funny," Jason Biggs told PEOPLE .

"I think there is a dearth of really funny, pretty leading ladies out there," Biggs, 29, says, "I think it was pretty clear from the beginning that I was the funnier of the two. She didn't really try to [upstage me]. But she's funny ... for a girl."
