Scott owns New York restaurant Butter and the new lounge 1 Oak, while Jamie decided it was best for her career to be in LA full time.

"They’re doing what's best for each of them," says the insider.

Jamie, who was married once before, “doesn't want to get married right now," claims the insider. “She and Scott are in very different places. But you never know what’s going to happen. They remain good friends."
