Dita Von Teese is taking legal action over a swan.

The burlesque performer has filed a lawsuit against Fred Knaff over claims
the 10ft high bird statue - which has a fountainhead in the beak in which
she can perform her act - malfunctioned at the debut of her show last
November.
She claims to have paid Knaff thousands of dollars and when it broke she
sent it back to him, but he refused to fix or return it.
Dita - the ex-wife of goth rocker Marilyn Manson - says she can't perform
without it.
