David Naughton, served two days in jail on a domestic violence charge, PEOPLE reports.

Naughton, 57, was arrested in Henderson, Nev., Jan. 28 after police received a call from his wife of five months claiming that she had been abused, TMZ reports.

According to Henderson police, Naughton and his wife, had been arguing when David Naughton "grabbed her arm and threw her around."

A police spokesman also said that when his wife had threatened to call police, David "grabbed the phone out of her hand."
