Daniel Radcliffe is getting ready to go nude , PEOPLE reports.

The Harry Potter star, 18, is preparing for his Broadway debut in the London revival of Peter Shaffer's psychological stage drama Equus, where Radcliff is nude for nearly 10-minute.

Radcliffe's role as a tortured teen in the show will go on view this fall for 22 weeks, Reuters reports. Previews begin Sept. 5 at the Broadhurst Theatre, with an official opening night of Sept. 25, say producers.
"It will be amazing," he said, "but I will be terrified because I was talking to [costar] Richard Griffiths about playing New York, and he said the most stupid thing you can do is underestimate New York audiences."
