She failed to notice that the vehicle in front of her had come to a complete stop,' California Highway Patrol Officer Patrick Kimball tells E! Online. 'She attempted to brake but failed to stop her vehicle prior to colliding with a 2006 Nissan.' The Nissan is believed have been pushed into a third vehicle. |
