Brad Pitt's new role?

Brad Pitt may portray British explorer Col. Percy Harrison Fawcett, who disappeared during a 1925 search for a vanished civilization in the Amazon, PEOPLE reports.
Paramount Pictures, on behalf of Pitt's Plan B production company, has purchased New Yorker writer David Grann's manuscript of Lost City of Z, to be published in book form in February 2009, reports Variety. Pitt, 44, will produce, as well as potentially star. |
