Alexa Chung , who is currently busy modeling top brands and presenting new TV shows, likes to keep her hectic life in order by turning to -self-help books, Mirror reports.

Alexa's little secret was revealed after some books she had ordered from online shop Amazon were delivered to the wrong house.

One of her London neighbors opened the package and was surprised to discover Control Your Inner Anger and Who Moved My Cheese?

A source tells : "Her neighbor had opened the package by mistake, so Alexa was embarrassed to discover they had seen all these self-help guides.

"She's got so much on at the moment, she just needed a bit of help. Alexa has been catapulted into the limelight recently. Even though she's glad she's doing so well, I think she's finding everything a bit full-on.

"Alexa has been burning the candle at both ends, working hard and also going out in London with Alex and seeing her mates.

"Hopefully the books will help her figure out how to deal with her hectic lifestyle."
