Hayden Christensen stops eating pork

Gossip, Hayden Christensen

Hayden Christensen has stopped eating pork after getting two pet pigs.
The 'Star Wars' actor loves eating meat, but hasn't been able to consume
bacon, ham or other swine-derived delicacies since getting his black
potbellied pigs Buddy and Petunia.

He said: "I'm not a vegetarian, but since I got these guys, I can't eat pork
anymore. It's killing me. Especially because I love prosciutto so much."
Hayden has also spoke about the pressure he felt when taking the role of
Jedi knight Anakin Skywalker in the 'Star Wars' prequels.
He explained to Details magazine: "There was no, 'Should I or shouldn't I?'
I was fresh out of high school. I was worried where the next pay cheque was
coming from. And here was this amazing opportunity.
"But it obviously came with a lot of baggage - I wasn't naïve about that.
But there wasn't any part of me that was going to say, 'Nah, I think I'll
wait for the next one.' "
