“FUN IS ALWAYS THE FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS,” says BARRYMORE. “I FEEL THERE ARE NO RULES.” When DREW BARRYMORE moved her L.A.-based production company, Flower Films, from a bleak bungalow on the Warner Bros. lot to a Deco-style building, she enlisted an interior designer she found from domino’s pages (her now-decorator Ruthie Sommers was domino’s first cover girl in 2005!).

As ‘one big collaboration’ Drew’s vision for Flower Films was realized to create the ultimate un-office: a chic working environment that allows her staff to work ‘family-style’ as Flower Films VP of production Chris Miller put it. “We wanted the opposite of corporate. Nan and Drew are always running around each other’s offices giggling,” Miller says. “Now we all eat together and watch CNN in the kitchen.”

Every room in the Flower Films office is different—reflecting the staffs’ individual styles. “I LOVE MY GLOBE, RECORD PLAYER AND HORSESHOE…” says BARRYMORE. “I DON’T HAVE A PARTICULAR STYLE. YOU CAN NEVER, NEVER, NEVER HAVE TOO MANY BOOKS.
