Britney Spears spotted with a Kabbalah book

Britney Spears — who was raised a Baptist — was spotted with a Kabbalah book yesterday. Through her friendship with Madonna, she first became involved with the controversial Jewish philosophy in 2004. Two years later, she reportedly gave the organization $36,000, Digital Spy reports. But shortly after that donation, Britney apparently had a change of heart, announcing on her blog, “I no longer study Kabbalah, my baby [Sean Preston] is my religion.” |
