Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer, Howard K. Stern, is claiming that Ashton Kutcher's new show for E!, Pop Fiction, is identical to a show that Smith and Stern pitched in 2004.
Stern claims that he and Smith had multiple meetings with Jeff Shore and Jay James, head programmers for E!, OK reports
