This week in Star magazine examines the teen's pout last year and this. After seeing photos of Ali in May 2007 at the premiere of Georgia Rule and on March 5 at a screening of WE's new series High School Confidential, a doctor told Star that Ali may have had her lips enhanced with a filler such as Restylane or Juvederm.

"Her upper lip is too large in proportion to her lower lip, and the borders of the lips are exaggerated," said the doctor. "[Her lips] appear a bit overdone, and in my opinion, it would be a very unusual procedure for a 14-year-old."
