Thomas Dekker, the hot young star of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles has a wild side, The ENQUIRER reports.

Dekker was caught on tape doing a deranged dance with a water pipe!

Dekker's loopy performance was shot at an Albuquerque, N.M., party during filming of the Terminator pilot last year, according to Mike Mooney, a 23-year-old guest who videotaped the bizarre incident.

In the 2-and-a-half minute video, an intoxicated Dekker can be seen rolling around on the floor, staggeringly under the influence, as he attempts to sing the Rolling Stones' hit "Time Is on My Side."

In addition to several beers in the background, a giant hookah pipe can be spotted near Dekker as he staggers around, flapping his arms and doing a lurid dance
