Prince William to pop the question to Kate Middleton

Prince William will pop the question to Kate Middleton when he becomes a full-time Royal next year, NOW reports.

'William has told Kate if they can survive this long stint apart then he'll propose to her,' a source reveals.

'William has told her in no uncertain term he wants to prioritize his duties and throw himself into the role,' the source tells the News Of The World.

'Kate is prepared to wait for William – there is no question of that. But she's concerned he's trying to loosen the relationship.'
