police investigation over Britney Spears drug claims



Britney Spears is the subject of an official police investigation over
claims she was drugged.


The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) is now investigating accusations
made by the singer's mother Lynne that Britney's manager Sam Lutfi drugged
her daughter.
Police Captain Kyle Jackon confirmed the Robbery-Homicide Unit "are
considering" the allegations and will determine whether or not any laws have
been violated. No suspects have been identified yet.
