Stepping out for the first time since giving birth, the socialite showed off an astonishingly svelte frame which left insiders both amazed and concerned at the speed of her weight loss.

Onlookers were wide-eyed in disbelief when Nicole stepped out at a party in LA last week, flaunting her new body in a figure-hugging black minidress just 16 days after her daughter's birth. Reports say the star is now back to just 47kg — only slightly heavier than her pre-baby weight.
