Britney Spears has sparked rumors that she is pregnant with her third child after she was spotted out with a visible baby bump, Transworld reports

Spears is currently dating paparazzo Adnan Ghalib. The couple was previously spotted out buying pregnancy tests. At the time, Ghalib said Spears was hoping she was pregnant with his child.
