Brit May Have New Lawyer

Gossip

Jamie Spears is going back to court today, to get more power added to his conservatorship of daughter, Britney Spears' estate. Mainly stemming from the fact that Lufti has not yet been served those restraining order papers.

Jamie Spears may have struck a deal with Britney's former custody lawyer, Laura Wasser. According to sources, she visited Britney on Tuesday, before her release and Brit, "lit up". However, since she's left the hospital, she seems not to pleased with the conservatorship. She even visited the attorney who couldn't prove she hired him, Adam Streisand. The issue is that the stipulation may be that she must comply with her fathers new status, or Wasser will not represent the singer. Mostly because her current lawyers, Trope & Trope are buddies with Sam Lufti. But, Britney may have some issues complying with the orders. Especially the new power he wants.

Brit's father is in court trying to have the permission to intervene with Brit, in regards to who she interacts with. For example, that papo she gave a ride to, could be kicked out of her car by her father, next time. This is common is cases where a conservatorship is in place. He may also stop her Hotel visits and keep Lufti type people away.
