40-year-old mom-to-be, Nicole Kidman who has already admitted to suffering a previous miscarriage, has been spending a considerable amount of her time exercising, sparking fears for her baby, Page Six reports.

The Oscar-winner — who's currently in Sydney, Australia, with her husband, Keith Urban — has a yoga instructor come to her Darling Point mansion in the morning, followed by a private room-and-trainer session at a gym and a regular 60-minute cycle class, according to Sydney's Daily Telegraph. Five days a week. And she's only in her first trimester.
Manhattan-based nutritionist Dr. Oz Garcia says that while exercise and mobility is different for each mother-to-be, he wouldn't recommend that Nicole spends too much time in the gym.
