Well, it looks like half the world is in shambles according to designer Mr. Blackwell and his annual worst dressed list. He named, fashion icon, Victoria Beckham, the worst dressed celebrity of 2007. I think there is some jealousy, because she is simply fashion forward and she beat out, my favorite wreck-tress, Amy Winehouse. He sighted that her closet is, "one skinny-mini monstrosity after another". He claimed Amy Winehouse's bird's nest and polka dot obsession did however, earn her the second spot.

Coming in at a close third, was Mary-Kate Olsen, whom he commented, "she resembles a tattered toothpick-trapped in a hurricane".

But don't think he's that mean, he did do something, not many seem to want to do. He wasn't poking ANY fun at Britney Spears.. Of the decision he states, "For those of you who were expecting to see Britney's name adorn the 2007 list, I felt that it was inappropriate at this time to make comment, when her personal life is in such upheaval. I hope 2008 is a better year for her."
