Just a day shy of New Years Jay-Z opened his growing franchise, "The 40/40" club, in Las Vegas; despite rumors that he couldn't pass inspection The star studded event that took place inside The Palazzo Hotel, had some serious red carpet! Beyonce showed up with her sis, it seems she is getting a little thick again. Mary J. Blige also showed up with her 'Hubanager' (manager and husband).
