Heath Ledger had been romantically linked with Helena Christensen, Kate Hudson, Heather Graham, and even Lindsay Lohan in the past few months. Life & Style now reports that just prior to heading back to the US, the Australian born actor had been dating super-model Gemma Ward.

The two were spotted together over the holidays in their mutual hometown of Perth, Australia — first catching the comedy Outsourced at the Somerville cinema on Dec. 20 and then dining with friends at the eatery Creatures Loft on Dec. 26.

“They had a very good time,” restaurant manager William Wood tells Life & Style. A Perth insider added at the time, “It’s pretty obvious they’re an item.”
