Sir Paul McCartney will spend Christmas with his daughter Beatrice.
The Beatles legend, who is currently embroiled in a bitter divorce battle with estranged wife Heather Mills, is set to spend four days of the festive period with four-year-old Beatrice and close family - but has told Heather to stay away.
A source said: "Paul is thrilled he has got Beatrice on Christmas Day. He is keeping Heather away as he fears she will make a scene. And he is adamant there will be no angry rows for his daughter's sake."
Heather, 39, reportedly suggested they spend Christmas Day together as a family at Paul's Peasmarsh estate, despite viciously attacking the 65-year-old musician in a series of TV interviews last month.
However, Paul has insisted on having a low-key holiday - as this year marks the 10th anniversary of the last Christmas he spent with his late wife Linda.
