Madonna sues the owners of her luxury apartment building

Madonna has sued the owners of her luxury apartment building after they stopped her buying a neighboring property.

The 'Material Girl' singer owns a large apartment in a co-operative building and claims Midboro Management Inc's board of directors, who own the West 64th Street block in New York, wrongfully blocked her attempted purchase of a seventh-floor apartment.
Madonna has asked the court to let the sale go through and award her legal fees, according to documents filed at Manhattan's state Supreme Court
