KYLIE MINOGUE have served the owner of the club in Wellington a cease and desist notice urging him to remove a sexy picture of the pop star from its window, Sun UK reports
In the letter to the club, Minogue's legal team claim the use of her image indicated the pint-sized singer endorsed the establishment and what went on inside.
But club boss Garth Rosson says it's a case of mistaken identity - insisting the picture was downloaded from the Internet and bears no resemblance to the singer.
He told New Zealand paper The Dominion Post that the raunchy outfit worn by the Kylie lookalike should have indicated it wasn't the real Minogue.
He said: "What would a nice girl like Kylie be doing in a wet top like that?"
