Justin Chambers calls his wife, Keisha, of 14 years the “backbone�? of the family, the Grey’s Anatomy hottie tells OK!

“She's the greatest mom, the greatest wife, the greatest friend,�? he gushes to OK! at the
Wilhemina 40th Anniversary celebration. “She's smart; she's cool; she's not a ball-buster; she's a cool wife.�?

The two are parents to five children — one son, Jackson, 5, and four girls, Isabella, 10, Eva, 6, and twins Maya and Kaila, 8. Justin’s Grey’s co-star Patrick Dempsey welcomed twin boys, Darby and Sullivan, in February and offers some pearls of wisdom to McDreamy.

“You gotta love 'em but treat them as individuals,�? he advises. “I'm a twin so I know a little bit about it!�?
