Geri Halliwell is eating huge amounts of garlic to stay healthy on the Spice Girls' world tour.
The 35-year-old singer is determined to keep fit for the group's grueling schedule and has been consuming a diet packed with the smelly vegetable along with beetroot and carrots.
A source said: "Geri worked so hard to prepare for the tour. The fans mean so much to her and she is scared about letting them down if she were to get ill. She wants to perform to the best of her ability every night."
During the girls' last world tour in 1998, Geri sensationally quit the band halfway through and she is keen to make it up to her bandmates and fans.
The mother-of-one has also been doing yoga every day to help her maintain good health.
