No, it's probably made out of some ridiculously expensive cashmere-angora blend, but the lining and cuffs definitely look like either fox or lynx. The crazies at PETA are sending out a hit squad as we speak.
I don't wear fur anymore. I have a beautiful full-length faux fur that is much warmer, was much cheaper, and doesn't require summer storage. But I don't begrudge anyone else's choice - whatever works. But this look just clashes at every given opportunity. The lighter gauge sweater and heavy fur ruff and cuffs just look really off, and the big leather belt is what sinks the effort. From the back she must look like a Shetland Pony at a birthday party.
This was probably her mother's creation/idea. She could probably rip your heart out bare-handed, but when she makes clothes like this, she's just begging for abuse.
