Amy Winehouse Slams Pete Doherty

Amy Winehouse , 24, has been moaning to pal Remi Nicole about Pete Doherty's "escape" from the law, while hubby Blake Fielder-Civil is banged up.

She whinged that Blake, 25, has not been given the same countless opportunities to stay out of prison as Babyshambles frontman Doherty, 3AM girls report.

The Grammy-nominated diva complained to her support act Remi: "Why have they given Pete so many chances? It's not fair that my Blake is locked away. I thought they would give him bail, just like they do with Pete."
