From the look of her, Victoria Beckham has been on a diet for a long time. But the singer also known as Posh Spice is about to go on another one - this time to gain weight!

Victoria is set to reunite with the Spice Girls for their highly-anticipated concert tour in December. At her current weight, however, she'll never be able to last the grueling schedule ahead of her. For that reason, she's been advised to pack on the pounds before hitting the road.

An insider tells the Mirror's 3AM Girls, "Vic is under orders to have at least five small meals a day, to get her body prepared for the tour. She isn't too happy about the plan but understands that it's necessary if she's to stay healthy and not burn out over the coming months. It's a pretty intense - not to mention bland - regime but it's essential she sticks to it."

As part of her diet, Vitoria will be eating loads of spinach and servings of brown rice at all three meals. The source said, "This time around, Posh understands that the key is about getting stronger and if this means putting on an extra pound or two, so be it."
