Michelle Williams avoids Heath Ledger

Michelle Williams reportedly avoided the after-party for the premiere of her new film because her ex Heath Ledger was going.

The 27-year-old actress - who plays a character based on famous socialite Edie Sedgwick in 'I'm Not There' - was "notably absent" from the bash at New York's Bowery Hotel while her "scruffy" looking former lover and co-star Heath partied the night away.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Michelle was notably absent from the party but Heath was there enjoying himself. Although he was looking a little dishevelled and very scruffy."
Heath - who plays one of seven Bob Dylan personas in the movie - was joined at the glitzy party by his co-star Richard Gere and Julianne Moore.
