Kanye West is selling his Beverly Hills house for $8.7 million.
The rapper's estate, located on Beverly Hill's Crescent Drive, has been described by estate agent Realtor.com as "a rare offering".
Although the two-storey house boasts 35,000 sq ft of space - including six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a detached garage - experts say the house is a "teardown".
A source said: "It's a great location, but the building is pretty dated. It's really just on the market for the land, so the buyer can tear down the house and build a new one."
