Heather Mills has accused estranged husband Sir Paul McCartney of "failing to protect" her and their daughter from death threats.
The former model, who is currently embroiled in a bitter divorce battle with the Beatles legend, claims he has done nothing to help while she and four-year-old Beatrice have been "living in fear" for their lives.
Heather said: "I have been attacked by the papers who have printed lie after lie about me.
"I receive death threats and have been living in fear. If your wife or child were getting death threats wouldn't you protect them?"
When asked if she was implying Paul does not protect her or Beatrice, Mills responded: "You decide."
Appearing to predict her own death, Heather continued: "When my daughter is 12 or 14 and she's reading all of this at least she will know her mother tried to tell the truth."
She was then asked: "Why, do you not think you will be around then?"
To which Heather replied: "No, I don't."
The former model was then asked again: "Are you saying that Paul McCartney does not protect you and your daughter?"
She replied: "I'm afraid not."
