We'll forgive her because she's young and image-conscious. Maybe she reads the blogs and sees what some other stars go out in. But honestly, how can you walk a dog dressed like this?

Perhaps Rihanna got all dolled up because she knew the paps were waiting outside. Or she figured if she was dressed to the nines people wouldn't notice how pale and pasty she looks. She's usually quite pretty, but looks like dishwater here.

On a more practical note, how can anyone walk a little dog with a shirt open halfway to her navel? She certainly can't bend down to untangle puppy's legs from the leash ... or pick up after the little creature when it does its business. Does she have a pooper scooping assistant trailing behind, careful to stay out of the picture? Or is she one of those nasty dog owners who just lets her dog poop on someone's front stoop?

Someone should let her know it's okay to be seen in casual attire from time to time. No one will hold it against her ... but if she isn't cleaning up after her dog she won't be making any, uh, brownie points with the neighbors.
